I realize I've been pretty quiet on the social media front. Chronic fatigue is chronically fatigue-ing, mostly. Having a job that keeps me up into the small hours of the morning probably doesn't help. But when I DO have the time and energy, I've been working on a few projects. Here's a peek behind the curtain!

Scripting, drafting BG3 comic scenes

Finally getting those ideas out of my head and into a Scrivener doc. Not sure how many of them will end up getting actual comics, right now I'm just barfing ideas into the doc. We'll see how it goes.

The one problem with using Scrivener is that I can't barf ideas into my doc from my laptop, since my laptop runs Linux and Scrivener is Windows/Mac/iOS only. At least I have my iPad if I want portability I guess.

OC Wiki

I love wiki sites, so I'm making my very own for my personal worldbuilding mythos! It'll be a sub-site that links from my Neocities website.

Thanks to Squidknees for the Wiki layout! I tried using Dokuwiki and was about ready to tear my hair out after a while. Many plugins for it haven't been updated since the Covid lockdown and I don't know enough about anything to make my own.

Not a whole lot to this one yet - I just started working on it not long ago, and I'm still puzzling out how I want it to look. I realize the content matters more than the layout, but I am physically incapable of not being extra as fuck and making everything I work on pretty. We'll get there.

So, so many art WIPs.

Discord server???

I've been working up the courage to publicize a Discord server of my very own. I got a bit of interest on Bluesky, and that was honestly the push I needed to finally get it out there!

It's almost ready - I just need to tweak a couple more embeds and fix some roles.

My discord server profile! It reads: Anmutig Manor - [18+ only] CosmicAvelyn's personal corner of the internet! A place for me to update folks on things like commissions, life stuff, and other fun things. The tags are: Commissons, Art, Games, and Cats.

Pay no mind to the established date - it started out as a test server and I'm not deleting and remaking it just to fudge the date.

Also I like the little logo I made in Affinity in like 20 minutes but it's not very readable in the server list. Might just do what other art-server-folks are doing and just use one of my pfps.
